Returns Management

In addition to shipment of your goods, docdata fulfilment can naturally also take care of the Returns Management. Returns are visually inspected and processed by our staff in accordance with business rules that are specific to your requirements. Approved products can be put back into stock and subsequently re-shipped. Defective products are collected and, in accordance with the agreements that have been made, sent to the supplier or destroyed (possibly with an auditor's declaration). We can also arrange for returns to be collected from your clients.
